I wasn't a fan of it initially as I would be annoyed to go to Kazakhstan or so during the group stage against teams that I never heard of and saw it as another money machine for UEFA. But to be fair it's a good way for teams that win title like Palace, West Ham and Roma that probably haven't a chance in the Champions League, but in the late stage there have been teams you should know if you follow football. Except Porto there hasn't been a real outsider to win it this century.
Yh I think our aim should be constantly among the CL spots like what Emery did with Villa and then eventually win trophies. That's at least what I hope I can say about Everton 2030.

Well, it was Moyes that said he wants to bring European football to Everton asap. I think it would be presumptuous to say we could expect Europe previously to that season. But we were about 80% of time around the chance to qualify.
For me it's that we've bottled one of the easiest chance to get into Europe for years. We had like 47 points in 31 games maybe 32 and a few winnable games against direct competitors to take our chance.

thing that people forget is that the conference is a gateway into the Europa and Europa a gateway into champions league (arguably easier than qualifying via premier league)

The biggest use of an excuse on Moyes behalf is people saying match day fans aren't complaining.
So do a poll with matchday fans only, if it comes out around the same percentage than it doesn't carry any weight .

But we did run a survey which had 4k+ complete it and 80%+ of entries were referrals from away from this forum (mainly social media/dont have an account here) and Moyes had 11% satisfaction rate.
Everton fans are on here stop being pradantic- most young supporters go to see the new HD stadium- I do look at other EFC sites & the sentiment over DM is the same as on the GOT .
My young Nephews go regularly overall comments from them nice stadium very poor team & Manager....one goes away too....

I have been adamant that our last game of the season was a sackable offence for DM & the new owners should have had a replacement ready for next season in place - the mood swing in general is of the same feelings in line as mine - TBH it looks like DM will be in place ATM....for what ever reason ?
Yes mate, most people do seem to be leaning to that side.
But you see a lot of people saying it's not the same at the ground though, and most people are fully behind him. easiest way to answer that is by having just matchday fans voting.
Than you cover both areas of the fanbase and get the most solid answer.
TBH - It has always been down to our owners who is our Manager - our fans just accept a 10% ticket hike - the stadia is a fantastic football ground - our home form has been a let down to say the least - as you say in general most fans want him gone - but the owners ATM don't seem to bothered ?
