Are relative opinions are poles apart if you think we have exhibited quality management this season , or that our poor season can be laid at the feet of two out of form players.
8 home defeats and pedestrian football are two considerations among many others I could suggest.

7th was Sunderland on 54 points, 5 more than our 49

Using the same metric, a 5 pt swing, we were not far from being 16th, Forest on 44 points who had 4 different managers.

Stupidity on Moyes part to not develop talented young very highly rated players

Zero surprise on recruitment. TFG should never have caved into Moyes's demands to bin off the DOF role. I disagree with the comments about Glasner I think he would suit the current set up, and he likes to have more of a say. Hoeness I think could work in the system as well. I agree on Iraola I'm not sure he would fit in with it. Long term though we have to go back to a DOF model to keep progressing I think. Otherwise you're limiting the pool of coaches who you can work with.
