Similar to Ancelotti he wants to manage with elite players and despite the charm offensive about loving life in Formby he was never thinking that Everton was a long-term thing otherwise he would of integrated the likes of Gordon instead of ignoring him and leaving that to the RS manager we had to endure afterwards
no, they'd have done better because it would be clear that they had the hottest prospect on the grid. They would have attracted better sponsors, better technicians/designers and probably a better engine deal. They would have caught the likes of Benetton no problem.
Kinda like Kenwright selling Rooney.
You could build the club around him or cash in for the quick buck to plug the holes.
Only a madman would turn down carlo ancelotti in search of stability and a long term project.
