Bournemouth were promoted at the end of the 21/22 season. Same year we stayed up against Palace. We’ve still got fans panicking about any form of attempted progress lest it jeopardise their precious stability whilst bleating “we’re not ready for Europe - maybe in a few years”. At the same time, Bournemouth are on the way to Europe and could go into the last game with a shot at the Champions League. What a stale, turgid, negative outfit we are.
