Is there enough popcorn and/or bleach to go around today?
Thought he had learned and changed a bit from his first spell when he arrived last season, but has shown this season that he hasn't at all and at his age he never will.Moyes will be on borrowed time next season unless he can work out how to actually play a controlled attacking game. Which I don't very much he can.
On that we defo agree, but also we need to bring players in with a view to actually playing them, and coaching improvement in them, too.If we roll the dice, then I'll no qualms. How we do will depend a lot on the players we bring in. Whoever is manager cannot start next season with that back 4.
I’m scared that his style and approach is aligned with the club and board’s ambitions. Kinnear’s comments were scarytodays performance has actually swung me. I honestly thought at worst we would draw today, but to lose that 3-1 and perform like that was dirge. The tactics have been dire for a while.
It would be a shame to end on that note but i'm not sure that Moyes style aligns with the clubs future ambitions, i fear he joined us a few years too late and the hunger doesn't seem to be there anymore.
I dont like the narrative he keeps playing about talking about how wonderfully we have done to be safe so early, when you consider we are only 1 point above what we ended with last season. Thats really negative and i dont buy it.
If there is a good manager available I would go that way now. If there isn't i guess i would stick but i feel it could be untenable with many already turning.
We’ll be nailed on for loads of Monday night fixtures and play about the same amount of Saturday 3pm’s.….not having Europe might just be a plus. Also, I’d imagine a few more Saturday 3pm kick-offs. Of course much depends on the transfer window.
It was the whole West Ham scenario that done me, should have never opened his mouth that wkend. No excuses really, you could maybe forgive the Derby but to then lose late at West Ham, blow a 3-1 lead against City, blow a lead twice at Palace then do it again today is one game too far
Thanks for 18 months Davey but do us all a favour and stand down
I though best man to bring back to steady the ship. The premiership is ruthless and we needed him. He did the job he was brought into do.Would always have been pro Moyes and was delighted to see him back and do well but the last couple of months have shown it's time for something different, Europe was there for us and we completely blew it with some woeful performances and woeful defending
Well said. My main issue is being a football fan is about hope and hoping to see a new dawn of exciting and aggressive football telling the other teams we're here to take you on as we're a big club and proud of our status but with Moyes it's always has a negative feel to everything like we should be grateful just to be in the division competing against such amazing sidestodays performance has actually swung me. I honestly thought at worst we would draw today, but to lose that 3-1 and perform like that was dirge. The tactics have been dire for a while.

Nobody wants to sign for us, stop relying on the transfer window. We're an old fashioned club with a dinosaur of a manager going nowhere….not having Europe might just be a plus. Also, I’d imagine a few more Saturday 3pm kick-offs. Of course much depends on the transfer window.
