2025/26 David Moyes

…’apparently wanted him last summer’. ‘Apparently’ we want two exciting young left wingers this summer (Bosnian and Chilean players linked).

Let’s just see how this window plays out. I prefer to see what actually happens. if it’s anything like the reality of last summer it’ll be far different to the lazy and continual stereotyping, the oldest player he’s signed on a permanent is probably 26yo KDH (not counting Tom King).
So we didnt pick up Grielish on loan and resign Seamus and Keane and Moyes has never claimed or shown that he like premier league proven players? Ok got it. I thought those things actually happened:)

CB at right back, number 6 playing a double pivot. Box to box midfielder playing right wing. Number 8 playing number 10. Number 10 playing left winger.

Meanwhile we have a natural right winger, natural number 10, natural left winger, two natural right backs, all sat on the bench.

Never change
Oh, we're not going to...

Manager for Life.

Remember our final match at Goodison this week last year?

Up to yesterday's Seamus announcement, 10 of that day's starting 11 are still at the club...

Just feel that stability.

I’ll be amazed if all fit the starting 11 next season doesn’t contain

Pickford

OBrien Tarkwoski Branthwaite/Keane

Garner Gana KdH

Ndiaye Grealish

I think at most we might be brave enough to start a new left back and striker and that would be about it.

….if I remember rightly, he started Dibling and Barry which was seen as positive, maybe played Ndiaye in the no10 that many on here suggested. Dibling and Barry hooked at HT, Ndiaye switched back to the wing with Alcaraz and Beto coming on to change the game.

That Palace game was much about them running out of steam as any changes we made.
