2025/26 David Moyes

I’m absolutely infuriated by this. Sorry but this is weak! How do you expect things to change when you’re just rolling over and taking it up the tail pipe?

He always has. Can you imagine SAF, Wenger, Mourinho, Klopp saying this.
They kick up a huge fuss so they get decisions in the next game. It's not rocket science.

Always the same, should have put a marker down earlier in the season…
This was from Jan….
1st question in the Brentford presser was about the panel saying we should have had a pen vs Arsenal and what was his thoughts on it…… he gave the most insipid, passive reply possible, basically they’re doing their best and it’s swings and roundabouts. Nothing about the hand ball (on another day / another badge) against Forest.
Just wait until the next one that actually costs us and he’s seething about referees inconsistency…
He’s probably not making a big deal about it now as it gives him another out for such an average season. He was even lamenting ‘bad luck’ when talking about Europe yesterday.

Martinez when he 1st came he used to say it doesn't matter who we play we play to win and we will aim for the champions league.

When Champions league got mentioned to Moyes he said he was shaking because it got mentioned.

Show some ambition and stop pulling us down, saying we have had a good 1st season at Hill Dickinson, its been awful and he should have been pulled up about it

Moyes is ahead of the curve on experience according to Moyes anyway.

Carl from PA asks about Gueye extension - "losing Seamus is a big blow. We will talk about Gana in the coming weeks." He says the club is trying to go about its business quietly.

Carl had asked about the loss of experience if Gueye and Coleman go.

Moyes believes experience "is coming back in fashion". He thinks both in players and managers. ☹️☹️☹️
Is that why the most progressive clubs - Bournemouth, Brighton and Brentford all have young managers?

No, awful would be in the relegation positions, we haven't been all season. One of our biggest signings has been injured for most of the season, Our best defender has also been missing for most. We've relied on Keane and Tarks who we've all said can be liabilitys on any given day. Our left back is a good defender but poor going forwards, we don't have a RB.... Period. This season has been OK, could of be better, would of been better if it wasn't for injuries.

therefore Moyes shouldn’t be expected to surpass Dyches point total
I didn't say that.

All I said was that Moyes spent money to keep us at the same pace financially as our competitors. I said nothing more, you're just doing some heavy lifting to keep moving an argument towards other points you want to dig Moyes at. And that's your prerogative, but it's a poor mode of discussion.
