Thought it was reasonable question, i took it as basically asking if VAR needs a major shake up as everyone is suffering. She even reframed it right at the end to get him to answer it sensibly.
He can’t stand her as she sometimes asks him tough questions that he doesn’t like answering, he’s regularly snarky with her to try to get her into line with the rest of the snivelers.
