Surely it's the job of the senior management to get the next manager, but personally I would take someone from the German league who could get us playing high energy front foot football which is what Everton were renowned for.

Always an explanation to excuse Moyes. Dyche had net sales every season, Moyes had the first net spend in approx. 5 years plus 3 players on loan. Trying to argue Moyes had less resources than Dyche is laughable.
