….i’ve posted that he should’ve freshened things up, but I’m not turning on him because he hasn’t. Believe it or not, all managers have a stubborn streak, a few years ago somebody involved in the RS hierarchy for a long time told me ‘managers are on an ego trip, it’s part of their persona’.
Don’t think another Manager will come in and all of a sudden everybody will agree with his team selections. We go into our jobs on a Monday, be it on building sites, in offices, in shops all with a view that we know more than professional football men. It’s part of the attraction but it’s been a good season (for me), nice to have a few signs of the good times.
