2025/26 David Moyes

Of course you would, Moyes has never played entertaining football and at 63 or whatever he is, he never will , go and ask West Ham fans what they thought of the football. You will come back and say, bet West Ham’s wish they could have him back, I’m not sure that many would, just the same as us last January, I’m not sure loads wanted Moyes back, I certainly didn’t. Yes it’s easy now to say we’re so lucky to have him back, because he’s done a good job.

But the football is boring and uninspiring I’d rather watch Bournemouth and Brentford
It takes two to tango. Most team play cagily away nowadays as they are trying to get a result. We do need to get more men in the box for attacks at home, of course, but it does leave us vulnerable on the counter as the Bournemouth match showed.

More importantly, we need our striker to take the chances presented. We should have easily won the last match but Barry fluffed his lines.

Interesting....

That strikes me as a cover their arse shout from someone in the recruitment department worried Moyes is saying Dibling isn't ready.

We know he had Veto power and he didn't use it on some signings that I don't understand and have yet to make any impact like Dibling, Rohl and Aznou.

If we want to lay all the blame at his feet for those signings then go ahead but the scouts and analysts have definitely had something to do with it for me.
According to a friend who works as a coach at Finch Farm, Moyes was the one driving last summer's recruitment.

I can forgive the others, but it's ridiculous how he's seemingly made zero effort to integrate Dibling.

With so many gaping holes in the starting XI, never mind the squad, I can't believe he was so wasteful.

Yes Barry did miss chances, but so did Leeds, Brighton and Fulham. All them games could have been out of sight at half time

Barry isn’t going to score every chance he gets, no striker does, not even Haaland.

The team needs to creates more chances then he will score more.
