To be fair. We're disappointed that we never went 6th last night. However we are still playing crap. Utter crap. So I have no idea how we even are remotely in the position to be battling for 6th!!

We need to keep picking up points and then we have a massive summer. Massive in that we need to keep hold of our best players, Ndiaye, KDH and Brathwaite etc, but also massive in that we HAVE to sign quality fullbacks and new striker or two.. if we don't fill these positions then we may as well give up. But..

Watching the other games tonight on TNT and it's very noticeable how ordinary the teams are. Villa in 3rd were dreadful. Brighton have less potency then even us. Palace losing a 2 nil lead at home against Burnley of all teams (though Burnleys second goal should never of stood) Forest suffering Dycheball and can't even beat Wolves at home (neither could we granted!) Sunderland look bang average but are organised. The RS don't have the same potency either then from their Klopp years. Chelsea yesterday throwing a 2 nil home lead away against Leeds also. It explains why we're in the mix along with about 6 or 7 teams as the middle bunch of teams are a much of a muchness

The "best league" in the world it's advertised as,I've thought for years in most seasons there are only usually two teams who are head and shoulders above the rest,the others are bang average most weeks,this season I don't even see two teams,City are all over the place at times and Arsenal are certainly not incredible.

Let’s see where we finish. But we still have Pickford, Branthwaite, Garner, N’Diaye, KDH and Grealish. The core of a very decent side. And have a big advantage of not playing in Europe this year.
