When we stepped up and played it was a contest but that was at 2-0 down because the initial plan had been blown to pieces.

Again this is misunderstanding the modern game and what subs do. With 5 subs it is no longer a choice whether you’re subbing or not. If you don’t use the bench you’re playing from behind.

Iraola’s played 6 games against Liverpool, lost all 6 with an aggregate of 18-4 and said he was happy after losing 4-2 in the first game at Anfield this season. Imagine if he did that here.

He'll go for it and he has less quality than we have. Moyes will always react.

Exactly! Dibling and Alcaraz are not just capable but actually different threats from what is starting. And even McNeil can do something when the moment calls for it.

We will definitely need a new manager to genuinely progress (beyond mid-table). But then we were all told that Moyes was merely for the short-term. He'll finish his job this season but we need a progressive manager next season once the Moyes stability job has run its course.

Let's hope the Friedkin lot are as motivated for success at Everton as they are at Roma. If that's the case then Moyes wont last long here.

We shouldn't be happy with a manager who is so limited. Friedkin would sack on the spot any manager of Roma's that could't get them up toward the CL spots
