Under Moyes, it’s never a case of how much we can hurt the opposition, but rather how much we can limit the opposition. I doubt Fulham will be quaking in their boots about an Everton right side of O’Brien and Armstrong, players who are criminally being played out of position.
It’s these type of selections that give the opposition confidence and more licence to attack us without having to worry too much about what damage we can do to them.
It’s so safe and defeatist and really doesn’t/shouldnt have a place in top flight football these days.
