2025/26 David Moyes

Absolutely fine when that time comes. Move him on when the team is lower in the table than it should be.
That’s not how it works.
Let’s have it right the football to watch is horrendous,
It’s dull as dishwater at home,
What’s the plan, the Style
And what’s he coaching at finch farm? .
To stay in shape and boot it towards the big lad up front

Just two weeks ago Bournemouth got the same result as we did today and ended up with 33% possession compared to our 46% today.
Yes I watched them v Liverpool last week, Liverpool dominated 2nd half,
But every time Bournemouth got the ball they tried to pass and move and attack ad a team,
Didn’t always come off,
Liverpool have much better players probably to the tune of 700mil pounds worth .

But he made positive subs and Bournemouth kept going,

Yet both below us in the table now.

Maybe they would improve us, but there's also the chance they might not. Trying to improve a squad that is not underperforming is actually a very difficult thing to do. If we change the manager in the summer, there will be a lot of expectation and it won't be easy for whoever comes in.
Just look at Thomas Frank - people were going on about how great he was just 12 months ago.

No doubt there were very similar posts to this on West Ham forums before Moyes was sacked there. If the argument for getting rid of him is the results aren't a problem, we just want to see better football then it's a big risk to let him go.

I just look at being 8th and the league and think that's a decent place to be in now. No need to panic. Continue to build and improve.

the football works obvs away from home
if we can sort out the home form

who knows how better we could be
But we’re not unlucky at home, not like we’re dominating these games
We’re playing toss of a coin football, exactly what dyche does and it comes down to
Who scores first, that’s not a plan towards success.
We seen it with Forest last season, were scoring first all time before Christmas and were in the mix for top,
That changed after Christmas and they had a drop off

We just need to improve the quality of the squad so we can be more of a threat at home. Losing Grealish is actually a big blow for our home hopes.

Away sides will come in and sit tight, so we need players capable of unlocking the opposition.

Changing the manager will not change the fundamental issues. It takes time and good recruitment.
