You make it sound like they smashed us for 95 minutes. They didn't. Our football wasn't entertaining but you can't say the tactics didn't almost work perfectly with the KDH chance.

Not put our fastest CBs at full back
Not put Armstrong on the wing
Get a shot on goal in 45 minutes of football

Home in on individual players all you want, it's a pattern of behaviour Moyes has shown all season and we'd be much better off if he grew a pair.

FWIW, Patterson has also been decent this season. O'Brien needed Armstrong to tell him where to stand while we had the ball ffs.

Honestly, I think he’ll be gone at the end of the season. If the profile of players TFG want to sign is younger, it feels counter-intuitive to keep David Moyes.

Don’t be a tit, we all want us to be better, be back at the top but what rights do we have to think we should be Z to A in one season after what Moshiri and a succession of bad managers, with one exception, done to the club? This isn’t like 2003 when we went from 16th to 7th or 2005 from 17th to 4th, when oil money wasn’t seeping through the game and 5-6 teams monopolised how the playing field should be

Moyes was never going to be a long term return, it was always figured to be 18 months minimum to get us off the wrong track and get a season under the belt at HDS with next to no stress
