Not his fault his players are very poor...the quality shows in a penalty shootout...we just not good enough.

To be fair we just played a team that just came up from the Championship and will have a wage bill less than half of ours.

Yep...I think the manager for the best part is making the most of what he has available. The only blame for me would be how much input did he has/had on recruitment. If is very little then nothing much more he can do.

Honestly might be worth pulling the trigger now and hoping to at least get some excitement in the second half of the season.

If anything the pens sum up that the players are not confident whatsoever which is a red flag on the manager.
