Easy thing to say right now, but I still think we need to consolidate ourselves as a mid table team. Make the wrong appointment and I could easily see us drifting towards the bottom of the league again.

I'd bin him today, but I feel that would give these absentee owners a get out. They've shown zero ambition unless it involved attracting a "partner sponsor" or launching a fourth kit.

The issue is not with Moyes its with the recruitment. If he was the one who signed the likes of barry then he has to shoulder blame. We would have been much better off if noone was available to get a seasoned ageing premier league striker who could guarantee goals. But now weve wasted a lot of money and ffp room on players who arent good enough. That is an issue
