You didn’t see Linford Christie ditching his coach for an “exciting, younger, more progressive” sprinting coach when he chased Olympic gold!He was never an exciting appointment, but is he the right man for now?? Can he progress us and does he understand the club and its fan base??
I think the answer to all of that is yes, people have every right to feel maybe he could have handled his departure better but it’s a long time gone.
I’d like to think we have vastly experienced manager who knows what we want, I welcome some stability and hope for progress.
