Lots of bad managers win trophies. Lots. Moyes is far superior and has never had to scrape the barrel of international management where the likes of Southgate hang out.Two trophies.
Facts trump BS.

How do you feel about your feeings now fella ?
In what sense can a deal be done and post dated from a legal perspective? If the deal is done then it is done on the date it is signed. If it’s not signed then it’s not done.
I’m a lawyer. I’ve never come across a post dated contract. Sounds fraudulent to me.Post dated contracts are quite common.
From a "legal perspective" the date on the deal is July 1st. Thats it...
He’s in Jamaica now, imagine his interview accent probably wears a Rasta beeny with sown on dreds. That accent when he was in the Dutch league was sublime

Neither of which are post dating.Example A
Effective date + execution date.
Example B
Agreement to proceed with a contract at a later date upon certain conditions being met.
You could just ask a lawyer, this is a football forum.
Neither of which are post dating.
Agreements to agree are unenforceable under English law.
USA USA USA USAForum expert Zat pwning those he sees as intellectual midgets. Again. He slays all comers!
Back on topic. Where's Moyes gone on his hols folks?
Because the date of a contract is the date of a contract. Certain terms might be stated to take effective on a future date but the contract was effective on the date it was signed. That's not post dating. From a PSR perspective I have no idea whether signing a contract which says a player will be transferred on a specific date in the future is a way round PSR and neither do you.I have no idea what an "agreement to agree" consists of.
I'm a little bewildered that you don't see a difference between an execution date and an effective date.

Just searched Chitty and post dating doesn't appear anywhere. And when a transfer is deemed to occur is determined by the PSR regs. Not contract law. Your idea seems to be that we announce that we have signed players before 1 July on the basis of a contracts which say the signing isn't effective until 1 July. We may as well paint a target on our back from a PSR perspective. The gap between your level of competence and level of confidence on virtually every topic is vast. You're a lawyer but you don't know contract law?
