Nothing says a well thought out plan like handing a bloke the keys to kingdom and then sacking him before he can do anything. Not that I think it's not a possibilityDont be surprised if TFG make a change of manager in the summer!
We shouldnt but as each week goes by im expecting it.
You’d have been jizzing yourself if that was Dyche![]()

I’d say the issue is a lack of quality in key areas. Small mistakes get punished. It’s natural to sit back a bit, but we gave them too much space.
That said, Delap should have been sent off before their first, so it’s also a case of not getting the calls.
I think we also miss some leadership on the pitch, happened now too many times that we easily gave away comfortable leads. And we were lucky against Spurs that it wasn't even a 4th time.
Moyes has lots of qualities but I’m not sure a fearless mentality is one of themIt’s mentality with this lot. The players are still petrified of every opponent they meet. They feel inferior to every opponent no matter where they are in the table. I would’ve expected Moyes to have had enough time to drill/coach that out of them by now to be honest. It’s disappointing and worrying that they’re still so mentally fragile. That’s the fourth time this season they’ve thrown away a 2-0 lead, that simply has to be a record.
And with safety already guaranteed, most of them are already checked out for the summer break.Nah don’t agree. We had enough quality to get us 2-0 up. That the players have flunked it from 2-0 up FOUR times this season is not a coincidence, and certainly nothing to do with a referee. The mentality is embarrassing, they are cowards. I’m sure the previous manager constantly telling them how crap they are didn’t do a great deal to help, but Moyes has had enough time to sort that out now so he’s got to take his share of the blame. I’m sick of the sight of all of them.

Moyes still played boring football with his best teams. Yes they were functional and it worked more often than not but the argument was always that it was boring. No doubt he’s a good manager but he’s got a ceiling. At the end of the day and especially the way football is these days, as in it’s a bit of a closed shop, I just want to be entertained. I want to see attractive attacking football and where we end up is in the lap of the gods. But I want to be entertained. The style of football would miraculously get better if the players were better. It’s the same for almost every single manager.
These players are what they are, slow, weak, mentally fragile, unbothered, inconsistent. People get excited when they win a few in a row but they revert to the mean eventually which is bottom half football.
Buy better players, it’s that simple.
You blame the players for today?
I dont. Not at all. None of them.
Its on Moyes imo. All of it
It has happened 4 times, that would’ve been the 5th.
I'd go 60/40...You blame the players for today?
