He's hardly going to say "What was this clown doing with these players"

To say the previous manager done a good job and then he comes in and moves well away from where he took over it increases his credibility.
Yes, but he did that last week. Why is he underlining the point all the time?

I dont know, Ilm just wondering why he would do that. Knowing Moyes it'll be positioning.

I'm really surprised how upset West Ham fans are with it, but doesn't look like much immediate impact for Potter. Like Lopetegui is a decent manager, so there's every chance it gets worse before it gets better too.

Spurs and United could just implode.

Spurs have the added issue as they are still in both cups and Europe too, united in Europe also.

Be interesting if they do keep up the form though and start getting dragged I to the mix, always a huge danger when a side which hasn't had to face that before suddenly finds itself in a relegation dogfight.

You'd think they both have enough of a gap to be safe, but stranger things have happened

Its all about self preservation with managers for their next job.

If he keeps us exactly where he took over from Dyche then he would of done 'A great job himself' if he gets us much higher then his job looks fantastic.

Yeah, never thought of it like that. That's probably what his game is.

If you'd said Skegness I could have accepted that scenario.
