The last 2 games were step into the right direction, long way to go with 4 points up the relegation, but it's the most relaxed I've felt about any manager since Carlo.

I think the key is that he has had some failures and then come back to relative success at West Ham, which has made him more humble. I'm not convinced he's the long term solution but as others have said if he can get us playing like we used to under him that would be progress compared with the last 4 years.
