So Moyes wants 2/3 new signings.

Elite
Hardened / experienced Premier league players.
Possibly Championship players.
Players that can go on to be Everton mainstays for many years.

All within financial restraints.

Talk about limiting your options.

Best of luck with that Davey lad.

A certain young lad in Manchester who had a full season at Sheffield in a relegation battle last season....

The evidence is piling up to suggest Moyes et al are here till the summer:

No one - including the manager - bought out of a contract

No spending on players (and I expect very little in the remaining days of this window)

What are you on about, Moyes has been here two weeks after they just paid off the prior msnsgerbis his staff. Seems you want them to be ready to sack him already 😂

And how often do clubs buy players out of their contracts exactly Dave, will give you an hour to come up with more than three.

Weird behaviour mate, I'd have thought you'd want Moyes to really succeed here build a strong foundation and then maybe we could get Martinez in to have one good season before he wrecked the foundations he inherited 😂

You're taking at face value the claim that Moyes has been handed a longer contract then just up to the end of this season.

He's said and done nothing to suggest he's looking to build something here.

The smart money has to be on TFG having panicked and brought him in to get over the line. At that point they'd be back on course with their original pan to get a very well considered younger manager in here and then start spending some cash on players given we have load out of contract.

Id be happy with that.

If he shoots us to top 9th-10th then they will keep him if we are around 14th-15th then they might let him go in the summer.
