….as I posted earlier, I suspect he’s told the Recruitment Team of his requirements and player criteria. It’s them who then research and identify targets for Moyes to agree or otherwise. I’d be surprised if anything happens without his say so.

Possibly Championship players.
Players that can go on to be Everton mainstays for many years.

All within financial restraints.
