Moyes stuff only goes round in circles mate because people keep finding new excuses for him - apparently the runaway Premier Champs of a few months ago are now a pub team.

Interesting though, that the UTD players had enough professional pride and innate ability to turn up in a high profile European game. This tie wasn't about playing for their manager, their futures as top end European talent was at stake.

When you contrast this against their general form, it tells you, they can do it if they really want to.

Moyes said beating Bayern and getting utd to the semi final would be his biggest achievement in his managerial career.I think taking Everton to a F.A cup final will be his biggest achievement for a long time yet.

I'm not sure we even exist to him

Decent performances over the two legs but, barring a meltdown from Arsenal and ourselves, they're out of the Champions League next season now. United have played in Europe every season since the Heysel ban. The United fans might say they're not interested in the Europa League, but, if they can't finish above Spurs, it's one hell of a record to lose.

Well in Davey. He's a better than average manager, but so far out of his depth that I'm expecting to see Pamela Anderson and The Hoff speeding towards him up the Ship Canal any moment.

Insert inappropiate pic of baywatch stars without The Hoff here =>

Great, now that Moyes has absolutely nothing to play for they'll play like absolute world beaters in their remaining matches, including when they come to Goodison.

Beating Bayern and getting utd to the semi final would be the biggest achievement in his managerial career, which isnt hard as he has achieved nothing. Getting Everton to a final but not winning is not a achievement, if you think it is just look at the teams who have been to Wembley over the last decade.

Winning = achievement

Good. The way we played on Sunday we would beat them. The bigger the test the better as we will have far tougher obstacles if we come 4th, especially going into a potential qualifier unseeded.

I am more intrigued by the fans comments on who Moyes should sign.

All wanting Atletico and Dortmund stars etc. Would they go to a United without CL and with a limited tactical manager.
I realise finances play a part but it will be interesting to see how he develops the squad. He was always at his best when buying flawed stars and potential that he could mould into a player. Will Utd accept this approach? And in that I mean their self entitled fans.

Can Man u get 4th, got a few FB status saying they could still finish 4th as they believe our run in is too hard for us.
By this time next week we will have played Sunderland and Crystal Palace. Take maximum points and we will be at the worst, 9 points above with United home to come. Win that In front of a partizan, hostile crowd and job done.

with GD in favour as well.

tbf, he's done alright in champs league, thought he would fail to get out of the groups, especially after seeing the draw.

wasn't execting any lower than 4th/5th in the league though. i've already been paid out from lay betting them to finish top 4. they've got no chance of finishing above us, arsenal AND spurs imo.
