Losing 3-0 at home to your biggest rivals just over a week apart is pretty unrecoverable. The players are not playing for him in crunch matches (Olympiakos aside), he can't seem to get them motivated for the big games and they don't seem to bothered about the clubs demise.

Mad this sort of stuff:

is a shot on goal that gets deflected an "accurate" shot?
what is a "dribble" - did Ross dribble or just run for his goal?
a pass of 5 yds is always accurate but is it better than a 25 yd "goal pass" that fails 4 out of 5 times?

A lot of stats re footy is bollo.

United need Neil Lennon

Hear me out

Neil Lennon is a war time Prime Minster. You bring him in when stuff has gone to crap and he riles the players up to perform above their station. Birng him in for 2-3 years, get some needle back in the Derby and then get shot of him.

Look at Lennon this year. Celtic haven't had a good season in all honesty. Winning a one horse race and then crashing out the cups is far less than what their fans would be expecting. I don't think it's any coincidence that this has happened with Rangers out the league. He's a wartime PM. He's good when he's got a battle to fight but dour and dull when he doesn't

Send him to United, let United kick City off the park in a couple of Derbies and squeeze out some 1-0's and then sack him off and bring in the real replacement

Will never happen like

But I think the next United manager needs to be someone who is up for a fight, regardless of who it is

If they appointed Neil Lennon to replace Moyes, the level of fume at OT would hit another level

It would work out for them in the short term though, I think

Lennon would have no qualms making the tough decisions that need to be made

Obviously, he would struggle to attract players, but I think he'd make better use of the players already there

Like I said though, this will never happen

If he gets a job in England, it will be for a promotion chasing Championship side like Leicester or Forest I think

It's coming though. He won't be in Scotland past next season I reckon

Lol at the Neil Lennon shout, I would cry if I was man u fan and replaced Moyes with Lennon. They have missed the boat now with Jose, and also on Martinez. Cant see who they could get?
