I'm sorry, I'm not having this. I've tried to sit and watch this game (which looks a good one) but I'm not prepatred to listen to that utter spanner for one second longer. He's ruining this World Cup. He's the human Vuvuzela. Who talks like that anywhere in this world about football other than that nobhead?

I think I heard it correct during the game.
Spud said Mercano was falling to bits. Bit of a pause then the match commentator said, "Oh I see what you did there" in a laconic fashion. Followed by another dreary retort from one of Englands greatest ever midfielders.

And this is the problem, people want a commentator, not a t*at talking utter wham for 90 mins about tactics he knows F all about and criticising players he would not have been fit to lace the boots of. Not just Murphy mind, he is just part of a wider problem.

Dont get why folk get so upset about it myself. He is a pundit. What he is paid to do. If you dont like him, fine, but making a complaint to the BBC is akin to complaining to a museum cos you didnt like a picture on the wall.

Personally, I think he is ok as a joint presenter on the radio. As a live match wing man, think he is awful. But I never liked Motty as a commentator neither.

yeah those are rational comparisons on a footy forum, clown
