Daily Mirror Reporting Nike Deal

I'm guessing they would be available in all Nike stores though? i.e. I'm off to Brum in a bit, I don't think I've ever seen an Everton shirt on sale in the whole of Birmingham, would be nice to see one in the Nike store window. Everton dropped the home kit to £25 at Christmas if I remember, but never got round to ordering it. When I saw that deal to get the away kit free, I thought that was a right deal, until I realised the home kit was £42 again. Boooo, still it's a good deal

I buy more random shirts, than Everton ones, I'm with you on that. I'm still after the Tokyo FC away shirt from the 2009/10 season. One day I will find one...

Nah. Only Kitbag will be able to sell it still. Nike stores can/will sell Utd and Arsenal kits as Utd/Arsenal sell their kit directly through channels of their choosing.

Everton perceived that selling kits through these channels wasn't profitable last time they tried it...

There's all sorts of garishly coloured shoite that's catching my eye right now. Buy online and get a mug you can bathe in too.

We should have kits made by HOGAN, no idea if that company exists in kit manufacturing but the RS are having warrior and back in the halcion days of late eighties/early nineties american wrestling Hogan usually smashed the Warrior .........i could live with that.

I was gutted when we first signed up to Le Coq Sportif, I thought Oh God that's almost as bad as Kappa. They have made some crappy kits, the obvious one being the pink kit, but the Vanilla away and current home shirts are two of the best we've had in years. The Vanilla one is actually probably my favourite we've ever had!

Does it make much of a difference who produces it - other than the material I suppose? I know absolutely nothing about clothes manufacturing, but surely the basic colour and design of the kit isn't solely down to the manufacturer. The club must have a big influence over it. In my world of work, I'd be saying this is the kind of thing we want and tender loads of companies to see who could produce the best quality for the best price.
