Sounds like you've been caning it a bit since you ride to work every day. That's, what, 75k in the week, then another 100-150 on top of that at the weekends?
Your body needs rest. The pros have all the equipment in the world and all the treatment they need and even they have the rest when they need it.
Your physio will be able to sort it out I'm sure!
