It's been closed for 3+ weeks now.

It had been a credit to the community here for 5/6 years but unfortunately, it needed a pause to take the sting out of the ugly direction in which it was going.

... but now it's been closed for a short period, has GOT been better without it? Should we keep it closed? or do you think we should bring it back?

For me personally it is the main reason I post here, i found the CA a really valuable resource that kept me up to date on crucial important matters occurring across the globe. Great posters like legs, orchard and many more have shared info that I've used and shared beyond the forum.

I have no problem throwing what I believe to be ignorant toxic posters on ignore, which makes the CA a far better experience for me and hopefully creates less of an issue for the mods.

I sincerely hope it makes a return.

This is the thing. It’s so easy to put people on ignore. People need to police it themselves by using the function and stop being bad bells and crying.

Legitimately torn - rarely posting there myself, but finding it a massively useful resource. The toxicity was grim though.
