Real meeting of the minds

Just the weirdest type of pedantry you could conceive.
Why would that ever even enter your mind to argue that black people are not the actual colour black but actually various shades of brown?
Do they expect people to be mind blown that a turn of phrase isn’t scientifically accurate?

You could imagine his wife saying “I’m just going down to the shop, do you want anything?”
And he’d say “Technically our street is on level ground and not on an incline so you don’t travel to a lower elevation whilst on your journey to the shop, so the phrase ‘going DOWN to the shop isn’t applicable here. You know Jung once said that up may well be down, but I’m not inclined to agree blah blah blah”

A very strange man.

Found this in the replies to rogan and dour face mans debate on blackness, its an old clip from when rogan had hair but still… wowzers

In many realms, this would be a cause for deplatforming/banning, but $potify will not budge. (not to get political but it's why I dropped Spotify...[Poor language removed] this company).

Arguably the most successful grifter of recent times is Tim Pool, he managed to buy a warehouse and build a private full size skate park in it off the money he has grifted from relentlessly stupid conservatives.

He is on the same level as Dave Rubin when it comes to not even trying to hide the grift

Pretty sure you cant top this level of grifting lol

Ah yes, good one!!! ...got a small amount of cachet covering Occupy, then gutted it by going full-on right-wing nonsense-machine.

Like just what is he chatting? Why is he considered an intellectual? Pure nonsense.
The term does sort of imply that.

No one ever says
Man City's stadium is on Alan Turing Way, named after the famous British intellectual and Father of computer science.

The noted intellectual Fred Sanger passed away in his sleep, he was 95.

I mean it would sound ridiculous. It's a term reserved for lightweights more often than not.

great podcast!

I enjoyed the one about the
entire French village being spiked with acid by the CIA, and everyone in the village freaking out apart from the poet who just went back to his cabin in the woods to write.

I really like the earlier ones about Hitler, Stalin etc. Some of them are excellent. I’ve watched a few videos of Robert Evans on YouTube to, there’s a really good one when he talks about spending time with Kurdish guys who fight Isis that’s really good
