The thinking is, you are making children aware that there is the option for men to wear clothes that may be atypical, and that's ok.

It appears this area gets light moderation to allow for robust exchanges of views and some near the knuckle chatter. Rough with the smooth I suppose. It's neck-a-neck for me, this piece of work and the tory weasel.
