Their local Diocese wouldn`t support them either so they pretty much got zero help with their case from any authority. Looks like the decision makers are avoiding a legal precedent and then "promising" a government review.We don't agree on that. That statement is incorrect.
The DFE settled a case, brought on Judicial review, because they (I presume accepted) hadn't supported the couple against the local authority and refused to intervene in the case.
The accusation against them wasn't a part of the JD, the legality of the guidance and the actions of the LA and DFE were in question.
