Blaming him for us being behind in this game is missing the point by miles.

Whole team is terrified of them, tactics are negative. DCL and Niasse are anonymous, Davies been awful.. etc etc.

To be fair to him, I'm not sure a single player has won a 50/50 challenge this match so far. The team have been disciplined defensively, but the passing, the tackling etc. have been utterly awful.

Not at all, but Martina had a chance to win the ball. It was right there, and he just fell over. He's had a number of 60/40 challenges on his flank and lost them all.

Looked to me like he may have been pushed over. Not sure, though.

Having said that it was hardly textbook defending.

EDIT: Just seen it again at half time, that’s just a shocking attempt at a challenge. Gueye got completely bypassed though, no way it’s solely Martina’s fault.
