I woke my wife up with my laughing at 5:30am in NZL when Cuco spent a minute over a throw-in, and then threw it over the goal line. Other than that, a competent performance.

Never seen a footballer look so unnatural and weird with a ball at his feet. Also mistimed about 8 jumps leading to crossing opportunities. I pray Baines is fit very soon.

He has a lot more physical presence than Baines...probably why looks so much better with him on the side defensively. Going forward not even close comparing with baines...Baines much better there.

Put Baines to shame today. Really good performance. He has been shocking, and I've been vocal about how bad he had been, but credit where it's due, he played really well.
