Always felt a little sorry for him if I'm honest. Was brought in as cover, with limited ability, as a right-back and ended up having to replace one of the best left-backs in the Premier League. Glad he's moved on though. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.

will always have a soft spot for Niasse he should never of been treated as bad as Koeman did to him. yes he not good enough for us but that's not his fault we signed him. scored some important goals for us, he is one of those players where the opposition wouldn't know what he was gonna do next.unfortunatly he was also one of those players where his own team mates wouldn't know what he was doing next

Hindsight is a great thing, don’t think Kenny was ready when Martina signed, many suggest he still isn’t after his spell in Germany. But Martina should never have been brought to the club. At least him and Niasse is 100k a week off the wage bill.
