I would argue he's the only one up with the play. That break where KDH tried to put him in there was only Beto within 60 yards of him. Too many of our players stay deep on the break, it's one of the reasons we're so ineffective.

Doesn't matter if hes up with the play if hes not making a move to

A) get across infront of the defender

Or

B) drop off to find space for a deeper ball behind the defender

Instead, beto went with...

C) slow jog alongside the defender then suddenly realise he needed to make a move when too late

Some strange bits of play from O'Brien in that first half where he was waiting for the ball to get to him and a Palace player nipped in front. At one point he was so slow reacting I thought he had done his hamstring.

Even with Branthwaite's injury we shouldnt be seeing Keane in our starting XI. I think he has been given a free pass too often. Lacks the ability to be decisive. Did a job and thank you and bye.
