It's dodgy as [Poor language removed] isn't it, let's be honest. Only a cretin of the highest order or someone with an agenda would claim otherwise.

But you said there was no chemical attack and no chemical agent and that the U.K. made it all up anyway......

Did I? What the 'prank' showed was that 'any country could make Novichok' according to the OPCW head.

This is what I wrote, in response to your good self,

Just in case Hullefc missed this.......

A nerve agent was used to poison a Russian former spy and his daughter, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said, as its inquiry backed the U.K. on the toxin’s identity.
Results of the OPCW’s analysis “confirm the findings of the United Kingdom relating to the identity of the toxic chemical that was used in Salisbury,” the organization said in a statement on Thursday.......

That response was due to this.

“Is that the Novichok, the most deadliest nerve agent known to man with 'no known antidote' (Porton Down scientist), and the three survived?

The Porton Down expert said 'can't trace it to Russia'. I bet they can't.

Remember the consultant at Salisbury hospital's letter to the Times, '“Sir, Further to your report (“Poison Exposure Leaves Almost 40 Needing Treatment”, Mar 14), may I clarify that no patients have experienced symptoms of nerve-agent poisoning in Salisbury and there have only ever been three patients with significant poisoning........"

I have responded to this, as I am now able to get to my computer after returning from taking the people I support on holiday.

Meanwhile, this Monday 16th April 2018, the only country that has stated it has Novichok is the UK.

Where are the words ‘Novichok’ or newcomer is that summary point? This may be in the full report sent to the different countries.

Where are the words nerve agent?

The words nerve agent appears in the first summary point but as ‘allegedly’.

All the OPCW confirmed was that Porton Down’s claim that it was a ‘toxic chemical – an alleged nerve agent’.

Porton Down claimed the nerve agent was a ‘Novichok’ but cannot be traced to Russia. I bet they can’t because the OPCW said that Russia got rid of all chemical weapons in October 2017. This was backed up by Peter Wilson UK Ambassador to the Netherlands and the UK’s OPCW representative.

“In other positive developments, the successful completion of the verified destruction of the Russian Federation’s declared chemical weapons stockpile underscores the global commitment to rid the world of chemical weapons. The UK was pleased to contribute funding and expertise to support Russia’s work. We also welcome the progress made by the Iraqi authorities to destroy the final remnants of Saddam Hussein’s era chemical weapon stockpile at the Al Muthana complex”. Peter Wilson.

‘The successful completion of the verified destruction of the Russian Federation declared chemical weapons stockpile’. Said Peter Wilson.

According to the OPCW and backed up by Peter Wilson the Russia Federation doesn’t have chemical weapons. But May and Johnson say they have ‘military grade nerve agent’ . May and Johnson are obviously questioning the competency and credibility of the OPCW.

Then the Jackanory shifted from administered on the bench, to the pub to the restaurant, from the car to finally and ‘without doubt the front door handle’. And this has been backed up by Mark Sedwell and Laurie Bristow -British Ambassador to Russia. Incredibly even Peter Wilson. is now claiming that not only he was duped by the Russian Federation for 10 long years but the OPCW was as well.

Laurie Bristow claimed that, ‘The knowledge that Russia has produced this agent within the last 10 years and remains capable of doing so’. And the UK never informed the OPCW that Russia ‘has produced this agent within the last 10 years. And the UK never told Peter Wilson that this was the case and to raise this with the OPCW. When the OPCW was announcing to the world that the Russian Federation has got rid of its chemical weapons they never shouted from the rooftops ‘no they haven’t, you are all being taken for a ride’. But now they are saying that. The UK reprentative to the UN never told that body that, ‘The knowledge that Russia has produced this agent within the last 10 years and remains capable of doing so’. This revelation questions the credibility of the OPCW to fully investigate the whereabouts of chemical agent anywhere and in any country.

Laurie Bristow also claims that, This programme included investigation of ways of delivering nerve agents, including by application to door handles’. ‘High purity’ to a door handle. But May and Johnson said it was a ‘military grade’ nerve agent. Which means it would have to have been mixed with other substances to turn the purity into ‘weapons grade’ as well as adding things so that it would stick to the front door handle. The Russian manual is obviously very, very detailed. It will obviously tell would be appliers to ‘sneak up in the night, apply the substance to the front door handle and scarper very, very quickly’.

The OPCW arrived in the UK at the request of the UK authorities on 19th March. The front door of the was not taken away until 29th March. The substance would have to be applied on the night of the 2nd, the morning of the 3rd. And the story runs that they both touched the front door handle at 9.30 ish and 4 hours later the ‘deadliest nerve agent known to man without any known antidote’ took effect and they slumped on the bench. Obviously the detective sergeant would have had to have touched the front door at the same time due to time delay reaction. So anyone who touched the front door handle would have been affected by this ‘nerve agent’.
The OPCW arrived on the 19th March that is 17 days after the toxic chemical was applied to the door handle. It had no impurities said the OPCW. ’The front door of the Skripals house was never protected by the elements in all those 17 days. There was no two man tent over the front door to protect the door handle. In fact the two man tent was 10 yards or so away in the garden. In those 17 days it rained half the time, there would also be traces of pollen on the door handle as well as car exhaust fumes and any other things floating around in the air. But it was ‘almost complete absence of impurities’.

Professor Robert Stockman, of the University of Nottingham, said traces of nerve agents did not linger. He added: 'These agents react with water to degrade, including moisture in the air, and so in the UK they would have a very limited lifetime. This is presumably why the street in Salisbury was being hosed down as a precaution – it would effectively destroy the agent.'

But the OPCW were able to get a sample of a toxic chemical ‘almost complete absence of impurities’ after 17 days.

The only way it would be ‘pure’ is if it came straight from a laboratory. Not messed around with to make it a ‘weapons grade nerve agent’ The only way the OPCW could say that it was ‘almost complete absence of impurities’ was if they could test it against a similar toxic chemicals made in a lab.

“I have now been sent the vital information that in late 2016, Iranian scientists set out to study whether novichoks really could be produced from commercially available ingredients. Iran succeeded in synthesising a number of novichoks. Iran did this in full cooperation with the OPCW and immediately reported the results to the OPCW so they could be added to the chemical weapons database.

This makes complete nonsense of the Theresa May’s “of a type developed by Russia” line, used to parliament and the UN Security Council. This explains why Porton Down have refused to cave in to governmental pressure to say the nerve agent was Russian. If Iran can make a novichok, so can a significant number of states”. Craig Murray ex UK ambassador 17th March 2018.

But May and Johnson said only Russia could make it.

The sample the OPCW tested didn’t come from the Skripals front door and wasn't the thing that made them and the detective sergeant ill.

The most incredible thing about this ‘front door’ theory is that it was only the Skripals and the detective sergeant that got infected from touching the front door. ITV news showed people entering through the Skripals front door on the 6th March without any space suits on or gloves, and over a month later they have not taken ill.

We now know why May and Johnson had to frame Putin/the Kremlin so as to send their killing bombs to Syria".

Hope this helps you. The British government are in a right mess with this Salisbury and the Russians are running rings round them getting to the bottom of what really happened. One thing we know for sure is that Putin/the Kremlin never did it. Whatever that is, despite what the May and Johnson say.

The next stage is to say they know who 'did it' and they are in Russia, protected by Putin/the Kremlin, who want send them back to England because they have something to hide. How they slipped out of the country will be interesting to know.

The Skripals eh?

Something a little fishy going on here, don't you think?

In every other atrocity carried out in this country, there are photo ops galore. Politicians getting in on the act, showing sympathy, promising no stone unturned to find the perpetrators and bring them to justice.

So, what's happened to the Skripals? According to the official narrative, they are recovering and don't want to see anyone. Hmmm. Really?

Yulyia, the daughter recently got engaged and is close to her cousin who, apart from her father is her closest relative.
How come she doesn't even want to speak to them?
She's almost alone, scared and been through what would be a horrific experience. And all she craves is the comfort of the British security services?
Yeah, right.

Also, as the Russian ambassador to the UK pointed out, why is it that none of our so-called free press have requested to see the pair? Or the policeman for that matter, who happens to be a public servant. Not a dicky from him either.
It's not as if the British press don't have form for using underhand tactics to get the inside on victims of crime. Yet not on this occasion.
The 4th estate doing a sterling job there.

The longer this goes on, the more ridiculous the whole affair gets. I suppose the government is hoping we will all forget the details and hang on to soundbites such as Novichok, Russians, Putin and then throw in Corbyn in some way to conflate it all together, in order to distract the public from the corruption, incompetence and moral bankruptcy leeching out each and every day of this sorry bunch supposedly running this country.

Well said. This is unravelling in front of our very eyes and the 'narrative' is falling apart.

Big day for Rudd tomorrow. Not only does she have to answer questions about the Windrush scandal, she also has to answer Russia's questions about the Skripals 'incident'. In the light of the Windrush scandal, when this government wanted British citizens to pay for their hospital treatment, let's hope they are not going to charge Yulia for the treatment she received.

So that rules out Vlad and his black and white cat, sneaking up at the crack of dawn and putting it - whatever it is mind - on their front door handle.

Another lie from the Establishment. File away under "BS story that got the sheep worked up for a few weeks"

But it can only be Putin/the Kremiln shrills May and Johnson and backed to the hilt by the MI5 state controlled BBC.

Following the Czech president’s remarks about his country producing a nerve agent of the so-called Novichok family, Russia expects a response from NATO providing a full list of bloc members engaged in similar research.
The scandal involving the poisoning of Russian ex-double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury in March was taken to the next level after Czech President Milos Zeman admitted on Thursday that his country had previously produced a nerve agent similar to the one Britain claims was used against Skripals.

Speaking at a news briefing on Friday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stressed that Moscow expects a response from other countries “which also had and have the capability to produce Novichok.”

“And what about NATO? Didn’t the alliance know that a year ago Novichok was synthesized on the territory of the Czech Republic? Do you believe that?” she asked, adding that Moscow would like an official response from the bloc, naming other NATO members “engaged in similar research.”

Zakharova also reacted to recent comments made by Ahmet Uzumcu, director-general of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), to the New York Times. Uzumcu said that between 50 and 100 grams of liquid nerve agent were used in the poisoning in Salisbury.

“According to experts, 50-100 grams of this chemical substance – if it is the substance the UK and the OPCW used to speak about – are enough to poison residents of all neighborhoods close to the place of the incident, not only two people,”Zakharova said.

It is not a secret that a number of states have been developing and testing the nerve agents just to have them in their own arsenals or find ways to defend against them, chemical weapons analyst and Rice University Professor James Tour toldRT.

“Many countries have made it in the past as part of a study of making the nerve agents. And many countries have made nerve agents if you want to study what persistent nerve agent could be like – something that is harder to detect, something that lasts much longer than a typical nerve agent like Sarin, Soman, or GF – then you want to be making these and understanding how they work,” he added".
