Not sure at that juncture but earlier on in their innings when they were losing wickets for fun and were 6 down 7 down with hardly any runs on the board they were still only 7/1. Never moved it was weird. England at that stage were 1/3 which looked like printing money. Looked like a 2/3 day game max. And now what's going on. To be frank it looks bent.

From a Kiwi perspective - really disappointing to see our top four fail to deliver. Williamson hasn't played a lot of red-ball cricket over the past twelve months so he desperately needs time at the crease. Jimmy Anderson clearly still has it at almost the age of 40, remarkable athlete. Great performance from two of our players who generally stay under the radar in Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell. Hopefully the London rain stays away.
