So different from Virat Kohli who is averaging 9.5 something you might expect from a Jimmy Anderson or another number eleven bat.

Kohli is really falling in my estimation, averaging 23 since his last century in 2019, for me nowhere near the top bracket of batsmen anymore. Root on the other hand is in the form of his life and batting as well as anyone in the world atm.

Whatever one may think of Kohli personally, he's a class player in a bad run of form IMO.
 
Overton is a really dangerous lower order batsman, let him go at it until he gets bored or gets out.
The only thing more pleasurable than a 400+ lead would be if Kohli stepped back trying to play a square cut, clattered all 3 stumps down to third man and managed to dislocate his Larynx in the process. And break both legs. And arms.
