Another notably pathetic performance from the visitors considering the scratch side against them which was no better than strong county strength opposition. The winning margin might have been 50 odd runs but in truth the game was over well before the end. Perhaps not a walk in the park for the last minute xi but only marginally tougher, a jog round the park maybe?
Gregory the star man and Mahmood again notable, I think Mahmood has a good future ahead of him but there's so much competition and he's probably not in any reasonably strong line up.
Simpson the standout for me too. Although probably destined to never to play for England again after this series he'll take home some memorable moments.
Why have Pakistan even bothered? They don't go home any quicker by being hammered out of sight although they play like they'd rather be somewhere else.
