A wasted season but we did it professionally and well before the end of the season, now back where we belong among the elite counties.
Winning the second division is not really even like winning the championship in football, as you mostly meet second class opposition - at best. However, when playing half your games in the rain capital of England, to defeat the main opposition, the weather, so convincingly is no mean achievement.
Gower and Botham just said goodbye to sky sports. Think botham didn't seem that bothered but Gower did. Is this part of the female presence in everything on sports TV? Unfortunately I think so, and although I agree with equal rights etc. We will lose some great legends and/or knowledge from the games.
