There's a new consumer rights directive coming in that says if you are making a post purchase call then businesses have to offer a "basic rate" call, which will be the equivalent cost to you of a call to landline - expect to see a lot of 03x numbers appearing midway through the year, which are charged as landlines (or included in your inclusive minutes) from mobile.
