Cost of phoning Everton

Had to call Everton today as my F.A.Cup ticket which I ordered on line lastFriday has failed to arrive in the post yet.
I understand that what with Christmas and all that, that the postage can get a bit messed up but what really annoys me is that in this day and age it costs 10 pence per minute to call Everton on a landline, God knows how much it would be on a mobile?
Come on Everton it's time to ditch the 10p per minute phone lines

If they haven't arrived in time i'm pretty sure you can print them out yourself instead. Check the confirmation Email you received from the club and it should mention it there

They told me to just turn up with my credit card as proof and they will reprint the ticket.
Would have printed them out myself but no longer have a printer set up.

Considering our exclusive deal to sell merchandise there was no current everton kit to be found on there! Begs the question, if you aren't in liverpool where the hell do you get the kit from?

Or a better question, is there any other club that makes it so difficult to buy their merchindise?

I swear to god last month there was nothing on there! I was pricing a shirt up for a family member and when going on the site there was nothing but retro shirts at most.
