Better than yesterday mate thanks…. Still rough as toast though. Anyone who tells me it’s just flu can get in the bin
Rest up mate and hopefully be feeling even better tomorrow

I've had the real flu once. It is without doubt the worst I've ever felt in my life and wiped me out for about a month. It is a monstrous illness. The flu is a serious illness.
Just that many people say they have the flu when really it's just a bad common cold.
Sounds legit.
Moderna told ne to post that btw.
...the two sides are battling for ownership, each side are trying to push ownership onto the other...I had two different vaccinations....
Both companies are currently having a Teams call to decide who made me post this.

it's for the best.Split custody is the final decision.
Anyone who’s had real flu has my upmost sympathies. Awful isn’t it. Had it ten years ago, done 5 weeks on my back followed by post viral fatigue, took over two months to go for a fresh air stroll and six months to feel normal. Never ever moaned about being ill ever since.I've had the real flu once. It is without doubt the worst I've ever felt in my life and wiped me out for about a month. It is a monstrous illness.
It's the only time I've literally not been able to lift my head off the pillow. As you say it's brutal.Anyone who’s had real flu has my upmost sympathies. Awful isn’t it. Severity seems to be all based on where we are at the time. Probably always was, so makes sense why older/already ill/unknown underlying issue people generally would have it worseTurns out I've had COVID for the last week or so, I just had a blocked nose, my gf and kid more of a light cold. We only tested as my parents got it and couldn't taste
I've been running with it and noticed no difference, last time I couldn't run properly for a few months. Weird how different it can be
