Vaccine number 5 for me today!
I've survived the 5th! Haven't even grown an extra limb or gills from the DNA changes. However, I may never again pass through airport security with all the nanotech inside me.

Achy as hell, but again confirms to me that I need the vaccines as I'd likely have a bad case if I was infected with COVID.

Are a lot of the current predicted cases based on symptoms rather than tests? It's just that since they started charging for tests in the UK I haven't used a test and none of my friends or family have either as far as I am aware. Is it a finance thing and people with a bit more money still choose to test regularly?

5th vaccine !
When did that become a thing?

I still have a few boxes from when they closed down the testing centers and the staf were just giving them away rather than see them go to waste. I would imagine most just have to guess if they have it, so a good rule of thumb is if you have something obviously contagious just try not to pass it on

Sad to hear this, main reason I have them. Ffs.

We've heard very little about a 4th dose here in the UK unless you are classed as vulnerable. Impressed at a 5th. I do worry we're storing up a rise in serious illness if vaccines aren't administered more widely soon.

Over 50s are being invited for a covid and flu jab at the moment. Cant remember is thats a 4th one mind. Elderly and vulnerable were done a few weeks ago.

I agree with taking precautions but it must be quite hard to work out current figures.

This winter will be tough again for the NHS as a lot of older people will be struggling with heating bills and that could cause more problems.

I think the US had a broader group eligible for the second booster than UK/EU.
We're eligible for the 4th here but I am opting out for it for the time being. Not being enforced or anything, up to choice.

Sadly it's because I'm also 99% sure I had something similar as I had many of the symptoms for about a week and it went away instantly and my first day at the gym afterwards was utter hell on my lungs... Better as of yesterday, but it's been a month at this point...

Maybe 4th next year or closer to it at any rate.

Jabs were never enforced. Rightly so.
