Yeah its not. Read about this one a bit yesterday. It was not more infectious as it couldnt compete with the Delta strain and they have not seen any more cases of it since that initial 12.

UK aren’t counting reinfections from Covid in their official data. @BlueToff, you only got Covid once.

Esitmated reinfections are + 15% on reported data between Nov & Dec.

The red flag for this seems to be its emergence in Africa/Cameroon. There needs to be a rethink on how global vaccinations are managed.
