Millow, I think we’ve talked about this in past where enforcement of wearing face coverings or gatherings was limp if it actually was existent.

If you won’t enforce the basics, you can’t expect people to follow the more stringent rules.

I should have LL but I'm now genuinely concerned that my AZ really was gnats piss. I'll go and get another booster tomorrow just to be sure lol

Though I think we’ve jumped the shark in terms of compliance judging from this thread. There’s little point in any restrictions as they just won’t be adhered to.

So let’s just roll the dice and deal with the consequences of it.

You don't really need a card anyway as long as it's on the NHS app or the letter you download from the website. I never got a card but it was on the app pretty quickly.

The whole movement towards lock down that is gaining pace is missing a step of actually enforcing common social distancing techniques like mask wearing.

Why enforce a partial or full lock down, with all the financial et al. risks involved, before enforcing the basics that might actually help curb the growth?

I know the reason why so it's more rhetorical than an actual discussion, but for me it's missing the wood because of the trees.

Compliance round ours is absolutely horrendous and has been for months. I've been avoiding food shopping at peak times because about 50% still don't bother. A lot of pensioners etc don't either which annoys me as they're at real risk.

Not me. They ticked my name off a piece of paper, and that was it. Those sheets of paper will be given to the GP surgeries, and their staff will get round to coding you as being a good boy. Or girl.

Yeah that makes sense to me as well mate, that they had my name on a sheet of paper and then crossed me off as attending to get my booster.

No I didn't get one either mate. I went in, gave my details and got jabbed. Didn't get given a new card or anything.
