I've not really seen much that shows that pubs etc contribute to mass infection but they won't want to close down schools

Hospitality was shut throughout the worst of the pandemic so clearly arent the problem.. I think they have every right to feel they have been scapegoated. Shutting down all Hospitality definitely counts as a lockdown for me too.

Any restrictions this winter are unjustified. There is way too much hysteria at the minute based on a variant that is not proved to be as severe. People will just stop getting vaccines if governments insist on shutting everything to placate those shouting loudest on social media.
